The Maasai Mara National Reserve and connecting conservancies are located in South Western Kenya adjoining the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, and are all part of the same ecosystem.
The conservancies are privately owned and traffic is strictly limited to guests staying in camps in those conservancies. It is much quieter with very few vehicles.
